Young People Coaching (16+)

Supporting young people aged 16+ with:
Confidence · Anxiety · Clarity

For a long time, my work has centred around helping people navigate pressure, emotion, and change. But over time, something became increasingly clear to me.

I kept seeing younger people struggling—quietly, often behind the scenes.
Not because they didn’t want help… but because they didn’t know where to go, or couldn’t access it when they needed it most.

The system is overwhelmed.
Waiting lists for therapists and counsellors are long, and support often comes too late—when things have already escalated.

And in that gap, young people are left trying to figure things out on their own.
Managing anxiety, pressure, identity, and expectations without the space to talk or the tools to cope.

That didn’t sit right with me.

Because what many of them need isn’t just intervention when things reach crisis point—
they need support earlier.
A safe, calm space where they can talk openly, understand what they’re feeling, and begin to rebuild confidence in themselves.

That’s why I started focusing on supporting younger people.

Not to replace therapy or counselling, but to offer something alongside it—
something accessible, supportive, and grounded in helping them feel more secure, more confident, and more in control.

Because no young person should feel like they have to struggle alone while they wait to be heard.

What to Expect

Calm, Confidence & Clarity

Support, clarity, and practical tools to help you feel calmer and more confident.

❋ Build confidence

Coaching helps your teen feel more secure in who they are by creating a safe, non-judgmental space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and identity at their own pace.

Through guided conversations, they learn to understand their inner world, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and build self-trust. Coaching encourages self-reflection, strengthens emotional awareness, and equips them with practical tools to navigate challenges, set boundaries, and make decisions aligned with their values—so their confidence comes from within, not from external validation.

❋ Reduce anxiety

Coaching supports teens to manage worry, pressure, and overwhelm by helping them slow down and make sense of what they’re feeling, rather than getting lost in it. In a calm, supportive space, they learn to identify triggers, understand their stress responses, and separate helpful thoughts from unhelpful ones.

Through practical tools—like grounding techniques, reframing perspectives, and building realistic coping strategies—they begin to feel more in control of their emotions. Over time, this strengthens their resilience, so they can handle challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and a sense of steadiness.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Coaching helps by creating a space where teens feel heard, understood, and supported without judgement. Through thoughtful questions and guided reflection, it helps them make sense of their experiences, build self-awareness, and develop the confidence to navigate challenges in their own way.

Rather than giving advice, coaching empowers them to find their own answers, strengthen their decision-making, and take meaningful steps forward with greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust.

❋ Find direction

Coaching gives teens clarity, motivation, and a stronger sense of self by helping them pause and reflect on what truly matters to them—their values, strengths, and goals.

Through guided conversations, they begin to understand their thoughts and patterns more clearly, which reduces confusion and builds direction. As they set small, meaningful goals and see progress, their motivation naturally grows. Over time, this process strengthens their self-awareness and self-belief, so they feel more grounded in who they are and more confident in the choices they make.
